How much does an advertising sponsorship cost?

Advertising sponsorships cost just $25/year. There are no special fees for assistance in finalizing your sponsorship logo/image or by-line. For a seasonal advertisement, allowing cof changes throughout the year, there is a one-time $10 fee ($35/year).

Where will my ad be placed?

All advertising sponsors appear on our Homepage. An image or logo and a by-line for your ad appear there along with a link to your business or organization. We also promote all our sponsors through our social media.

How long does the sponsorship last?

All advertising sponsorships are for 1-year. Special seasonal sponsorships may also be available. Contact us for more details.

When will my sponsorship ad appear online?

Once an advertisement is purchased, we’ll work with you to make sure the image and by-line appear as intended. Publication online is typically within a few days.

Can the Vandalia Vanguard write about me or my business?

Sponsorship advertising operates independently of our editorial department, but you can make suggestions for news and community event content. Just contact us!

Can I sponsor a special announcement, memoriam, or obituary?

Absolutely. We are happy to honor the lives of those who lived and worked in Vandalia, Illinois. These are included in our special online editions as requested.
